Junior Lifeguard/Instructors (up to 5 positions)
$18.58 per hour
The Town of High River is looking for permanent, Junior Lifeguard/ Instructors (Casual) to join our Community Services department. The successful candidates will be responsible for lifeguarding and instructing duties at the pool located at Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex. This position will also assist with the daily cleaning duties of the facility and help the Senior staff with the chemical checks to ensure the facility is safe for all user groups.
The right candidate will demonstrate their passion for aquatics through the willingness to want to learn more about the industry and eagerness to put your newly gained skills into action. You must be available to work a minimum of six (6) hours each two (2) week pay period. In addition, you will have to ability to work extremely flexible hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays), shift work, and split shifts to meet operational requirements. We are looking for candidates who are able to make a long-term commitment to our team!
Preference will be given to those whose availabilities closer match the operational needs of the facility.
